About Me
The Brambles Kids Day Care near Lutterworth.
We are two separate childminders (Debi and Mel) working together at The Brambles Kids Day Care. We will provide continuous care throughout your contract.
Our setting:
We run our business from a designated room and garden. We provide an environment where the children can make their own choices, having fun, taking risks, making mistakes and learn at their own pace. We highly promote your child’s independence by giving your child time to do things for themselves and giving them support when they require. Everything we do is play based where the children can learn all the skills they will require to start school.
We also encourage working with parents/carers as well as other agencies to help support your child’s learning and development to help your child reach their full potential.
Our environment is inviting, has an open ended resources, we have a beautiful play space indoors and outdoors to explore and that focuses on your child’s individual needs and interests.
During the day our adventures may consist of going on days outs, play parks, farms , library, shops, bus/train rides, experiences that help develop your child’s understanding of their world and the community around them. We also spend as much time as possible out, exploring the beautiful countryside/woods around our home, finding muddy puddles to jump in, counting the farm animals as we walk.
We do lots of activities at home, based around the children’s own interests, including crafting, messy play, games, singing, dancing and stories.

Monday to Friday - 08.00-16.00
If different hours are needed please get in touch as we can be flexible.
My Experience
Together we have over 27 years worth of experience with working in Childcare.
We have full public liability insurance.
We care for children from birth until the time they are ready to start school and offer full time and term time.
For Funded spaces please ask.
My Qualifications
We have an enhanced DBS for ourselves and the whole family.
We both have completed training in the following which is updated as and when required:
Paediatric first aid
Safeguarding
Food Hygiene
Level 3 Childcare
We have a wide range of SEN experience.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
Fees:
8am – 4pm = £32.00
Open to discussion if other hours are needed, hourly rate of £5.50 per hour.
We also offer the 15 hours and 30 hours funding free without an additional charge.
A minimum of 2 days a week.
