About Me
I am an experienced and enthusiastic teacher, governess and tutor of all ages with a specialism in English and Drama with a demonstrable history of raising attainment in the children that I teach. Passionate about food, cooking and nutrition, I absolutely love cooking for and with children in my charge. I have travelled a great deal so I’m conversant with many different types of food and cultures and always keen to learn and experience more. I am sporty and active and enjoy all outdoor pursuits.
The role that I am seeking will be with a family that would like to invest into me as much as I will invest into them, so that we can create a high quality, impactful relationship.
My Experience
I have a wealth of experience working in for UHNW families in fully staffed households, as well as in mainstream schools and one-to-one as a tutor. I have been a part of a whole school ofsted inspection where I was observed and interviewed as the schools subject leader for Art. The inspection received outstanding across the board. My stand out qualities are excellent communication skills, organisation and the ability to nurture meaningful and valuable relationships with the children that I work with as well as the families and staff. I recognise the value of bringing a positive energy with me to my work place and try to foster this attitude with the children that teach/ care for. I can multi-task at a high level and work under pressure if necessary.
My ideal work environment is friendly, organised and stimulating with good communication. I am creative, musical and arty. I try to incorporate outdoor learning into my sessions whenever possible, whether that’s gardening, cooking, foraging, Maths or Science. I love nature and animals and try to find as many opportunities as possible to explore subjects in a cross-curricular fashion and to create experiential context.
My Qualifications
I have a BAhons in Drama, a PGCE in secondary Drama teaching and Primary all subjects. I have full QTS and over 15 years of experience.

- Nannying from £25.00 per hour (gross)
My salary expectations depend on the role. Starting from £20-25 ph net for full time work to £50 ph for specialised tutoring.
