About Me
I approach childcare with a huge amount of creativity and often come up with new games with the children to foster their sense of curiosity. In all my roles I have been able to form a strong relationship with the children based on friendship and mutual respect, but also balance this with an ability to communicate effectively when I disagree with certain behaviours they present and constructively guide them where appropriate. I firmly believe that children should feel comfortable coming to me with their worries or concerns, and I believe that this trusting relationship based on honest, open communication enables kids to come to me whenever they need.
