My Requirements

I aim to maintain the positive frequencies in my home. I need someone who enjoys keeping calm, who understands that emotions play a big part in looking after a baby and who would never seen to blame a 3 month old for any frustrations that may creep up during their time together. The person I'm looking for is hygienic, extroverted, with a happy disposition.

They are physically strong because my breast feed baby is packing on the pounds beautifully and requires some endurance seeing as how we've been practicing a form of attachment parenting. Which means we never leave her to cry. Never. If she starts crying we stop what we're doing as soon as possible and tend to her needs. As a result she is so patient and only cries as a last resort. I can also tell if she's been crying a lot by her behaviour/mood as the day goes on.

She has started emulating speech and needs that to be acknowled in order for it to flourish naturally..so ño baby voices in our home, we speak to her like the "grown women" she will one day be. So any applicants do need to have a strong grasp of the english language along with a good vocabulary.

My daughter is very advanced and I encourage her growth by engaging with her as often as possible. Describing things as I do them , giving her somthing to do whilst I change her nappy..like hold the fresh one. I would want someone who isn't afraid to do the same. I don't underestimate her because of the vessel she is in.

Yes, we are very spiritual (not neccessarily belonging to any one religion) and would require someone who believes in, karma & a high power whilst not being afraid to laugh at themselves.

I also require some house keeping. I'm generally a clean person and find it easier to think whhen theres less clutter. I cant eat in a dirty enviroment and have found this side of mother hood frustraighting. I need someone to keep on top of things. Dishes, surfaces, hovering, laundry etc. No cooking required.

At first you'd be helping more around the house than with the baby till she gets used to you.

You must have an enhanced CRB check and have references/ be willing to be interviewed before hand. If we like you this will likely be full time as we are planning for a second child straight away.
