Hello!
My name is Maisie I'm 26 years old and I'm looking for a 3-4 day, live-out nannying job.
I would describe myself as enthusiastic and nurturing especially about childcare. I am a very hands on person and love the interactions you get with the little ones. I have been working in nurseries for just over 8 years and will never get bored of creating these beautiful relationships with children in their early years.
I'm willing to do the usual jobs of a nanny; cook for the children, clean, and of course play and entertain with the child (or children!)
In my spare time I enjoy reading, crafting, cooking, and seeing friends and family.
***Unfortunately, I do not drive.
I'm not yet registered, but if you would like me to be a registered nanny then I can do so when the time comes.
My Experience
I am currently working in a nursery and throughout the years I have gained over 8 years of experience, starting out as an apprentice, working my way up to a qualified member of staff, a senior member of staff, and a deputy manager.
Previously, I worked in preschool for three and a half years, moved to a younger age of 2-3s, and since October 2020 I was been working with the toddler age; 16 months to 2 years & 6 months.
April 2023 I switched jobs and have been back in preschool age since and absolutely fell in love with this age range again!
My Qualifications
I have a Level 3 in Early Years which I started as an apprentice in March 2016.
Working in nurseries I have done many courses such as; safeguarding, fire training, inclusion training, gloucestershire total communications, food health & safety, and behavioural. I have also done other courses about childcare for my CPD.
I have just recently re-done my Pediatric First Aid, awaiting my certificate to arrive.
I'm not on the Enhanced DBS system however had a physical DBS come through in July'24 so it's valid to show until July'25.
My Availability
I will be looking for something close to a 30-40 hour week with a Monday and/or Friday off for a nannying job and the occasional babysitting on the weekends!

We were lucky to get to know Maisie who cared for our 2 children when they were at nursery (now age 6 and 8). She also babysat for us. Whilst looking for after school help I came across her profile and had to leave a very positive review. She's wonderful with children. Fun and caring. I couldn't recommended her enough.
