Chais has been an absolute blessing to my family as my nanny for my two children, aged 6 and 10. From the very beginning, Chais exhibited a level of professionalism and warmth that immediately put me at ease. She effortlessly balances authority with kindness, ensuring that my children respect her while feeling comfortable in her care.
Her dedication to their well-being is evident in every interaction. Chais engages them in enriching activities, helping with collection and preparation of out of school activities, and fostering their creativity through crafts and games. She maintains clear communication with me, providing regular updates on their progress and any concerns that arise.
Beyond her exceptional childcare skills, Chais embodies reliability and trustworthiness. I feel immense peace of mind knowing our children are in her capable hands. I feel incredibly grateful for her presence in our lives.
