About Me
I am a fun, caring, happy and creative person. In the past children have found it easy to approach me and create a bond with me. I enjoy getting to know each child as individuals and helping them to progress in their development. I have worked in two very different childcare setting for over five years. I have gained confidence and qualifications during this time and I am a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator, Room manager of the baby room and also a Designated safeguarding lead. I am looking for a new journey as a nanny/ childminder. I am always looking for new opportunities to better my knowledge, skills and qualifications.
My Experience
I have worked full time in a Reggio Emilia inspired nursery for 3 years, mainly based in the baby room aged 3 months-2 years. I have been a qualified level 2 early years educator for over two years. I am now a qualified level 3 early years educator. I also have experience caring and looking after younger family members. I then transferred to a new large chain nursery, where I have continued to gain experience and qualifications throughout the past two years+. Here I have gained a Designated Safeguarding Lead qualification, as-well as becoming the room manager of the baby room. Which is something I always wanted to achieve!
