I have recently moved to Edinburgh to pursue a PhD in Creative Writing. I was living in Massachusetts, USA, and working as an After School Teacher and Substitute teacher for elementary-aged school children before I moved. My academic background is in English Literature, and I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing (Poetry). I am available for English tutoring as well as after school homework help in a variety of subjects.
My Experience
Early Childhood Education background. Worked with pupils ages 5-11 in public and private school system after-school enrichment programs where I engaged students in academic and recreational activities.
My Qualifications
In my role as After School Program Teacher at Lander-Grinspoon Academy in Northampton, Massachusetts, I supervised and engaged with groups of students on a daily basis, organized and planned outdoor recreational as well as indoor classroom activities, handled attendance records, and conferred with parents on behavior related issues.

I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule at the moment, as my studies are self-directed.
