Hi,
I am a mum of two lovely girls who are both of school age, one in primary and the other in secondary.
I am looking to offer my experience as a practitioner and a mum to a family who might need a some support with their children/child and just running of day to day life.
My Experience
I am leaving my job as an Ofsted registered childminder, I have had the amazing opportunity to care for so many lovely children aged between 3 months and 4 years.
Previously to childminding I worked as a learning support assistant within a reception/year 1 class in a primary school. This was the best job in the world which kept me there for 7 years! This role gave me a vast knowledge of the requirements of the eyfs curriculum, I am able to teach the children phonics and I have lots of experience in helping children learn through play. I have run many interventions with children to help give them a little boost to achieve their full potential.
I am a cache level 3 qualified childminder.
Paediatric first aid.
Epipen trained.
Talk boost/social stories training.
Safeguarding training.
I have attended many speech, language and vocabulary courses.
Food and hygiene safety qualification.
Enhanced dbs certificate.
I am continuously learning and enrolling in new courses to extend my childcare knowledge.
