About Me
I manage a small pre school setting with a small team of 4. I have worked at the pre school since 2019 and its very different from the 2 other settings I have worked at as they were very large settings with much more members of staff. I have worked in Early Years since 1993 and I thrive on new ideas and sharing them with the team. I have only ever worked in Early Years and wouldn't do anything else
My Experience
I have worked in Early Years since 1993 and only worked in 3 setting, I have managed all 3 settings and have experienced Ofted inspection getting a good grading each time. I have supported staff with their CPD. I am very hands on and enjoy working in the rooms spending time with the children meeting their individual needs.
My Qualifications
I am Level 4 qualified, I also have my paediatric first aid, DSL Level 3, Health and safety, Food Hygiene, SEND training, FGM, I have also completed management courses and training in EYFS and planning, including In The Moment planning
