After having worked for us for just over 3 months Cinthia advised she wanted to leave for personal reasons and offered a month’s notice in line with our agreement. However 2 weeks in to her period of notice she packed up her stuff and left without so much as a goodbye and she texted to advise she had left and was not coming back, leaving us without any childcare whatsoever. This girl should not be trusted to look after children as she doesn’t take her responsibilities seriously or care for the children. We should have listened to our children who really didn’t take to her with our eldest often complaining about the way she looked after them. Hire her at your own risk!!!!
