Hello Parents
I am looking for extra hours to fit around my current client mainly after school.
I love children and am a caring, confident and hard working nanny. I enjoy making a positive contribution towards a child’s well-being and seeing them reach their development milestones.
I am fully vaccinated, and worked throughout the pandemic without catching covid, currently still Covid free. I am a non-smoker and teetotaller. I don’t drive but so use public transport.
My spare time is spent volunteering (mostly at sporting events), or with family and friends. Prior to the pandemic I used to be a regular volunteer at all the Olympic park venues i.e. the aquatic centre, velodrome copper box and Lee valley hockey & tennis centre.
Over the years and on a regular basis, I have taken the children I look after, and their friends (sometimes up to groups of 8 including toddlers) solely on excursions to the theatre, parks, cinema, museums in and around London during half-term and school holidays. I have accompanied children on school excursions, to parties and other outings as a proxy parenting.

My Experience
I have a natural rapport with babies and children and as such have been looking after them since I was a teenager, and have over 30 years experience of babysitting, nannying and tutoring.
Prior to becoming a nanny I was a full-time employee of UCL (University College London), as a Primary Care Education Coordinator and a Project Manager for 17 years. The generous university holidays enabled me to work as a nanny while working full-time.
My choice to start a career in Nannying was a natural progression when I chose to work part-time. I am capable of engaging with babies and children and am often called on to nanny/babysit for my friends and family for emergency childcare, births, sibling births, house moves and holidays. I also have experience pet sitting.
My Qualifications
Providing childcare (newborns to teens) for client families, friends and neighbours. I have experience tutoring in Maths, English and beginners piano. I have also been involved in conducting baby, toddler and kindergarten Sabbath school classes and holiday clubs.
I am DBS checked and have first-aid training.
My Availability
My current availability is indicated below. I don’t work on the Saturdays (Friday to Saturday sundown)
I am based in Woodford Green, IG8.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (net)
£16 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours, but this is negotiable based on your family’s requirements.
