About Me
My name is Kaneez and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder. I have recently received a 'Good' inspection outcome. Previous to this I have taught as a Reception Class teacher (non QTS) ,managed a nursery and have over 20 years of experience in Early Years.
My Experience
As a Registered Childminder I aim to work together in partnership with parent/carers to provide all children in my care with a clean, safe, loving, home-like environment where everyone feels valued and independence can be developed. I also aim to provide a wealth of learning opportunities, both structured and flexible, to help children to achieve their goals and promote their self-esteem. I believe that communication is key in developing a relationship, therefore i will give daily feedback to parent/carers and allow a two way communication at all times.
I welcome ideas and encourage parent/carers to provide me with comments and of suggestions. I run my setting professionally, attending training opportunities, respecting confidentiality, keeping organised records in accordance with current guidelines.
I provide a nutritious and balanced diet, encouraging the children to make healthy food choices, and cater for all dietary requirements.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
From £85 per day, 8am-6pm (minimum 3 full days contract)
£45 half day 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm
Home care £15
£10 pick up/ drop off within 2 miles and petrol charges thereof. Must include 2 hours minimum care
£15 for out of hours
£15 evenings and weekends
Babysitting £15 per hour

My daughter started with Kaneez in November and at first I was very anxious because I have never left my daughter with anyone outside of family before. Kaneez made me feel at ease immediately, always keeping me updated on my daughters progress and how she was doing throughout the day. The app she uses is so good as I’m able to see exactly what my daughter has eaten, when she has napped, had her nappy changed etc in live time when she is at the setting. Kaneez is amazing!!

Kay is very good with my son and I’m always rest assured of his safety when I drop him off at hers. She’s quite flexible with timing and very considerate of work hours. Always looking out for my son in terms of learning development and growth. She’s proactive and devoted to the job.
My son loves being with her and I appreciate all the care. I highly recommend Kay anytime!

Kaneez is very professional, reliable and flexible to our timing as my husband and I have variable shifts at work. There is parking space available to drop and pick up kids. She updates daily activities like food, diaper change, sleep, medication etc on an app which is very useful. She sends pics to show that bubs is having a good time.
