About Me
Hi! I’m Amy and I’m a qualified childcare professional with a passion for working with children of all ages. My journey began when I started volunteering at my local youth club while I was still in school, supporting children aged 3–11. I loved it so much that I went on to work there during school holidays and evenings, gaining hands-on experience and building strong relationships with the children and their families.
After finishing school, I completed a childcare apprenticeship in a nursery, where I worked with children from 6 months to 5 years old. This experience helped me develop a deeper understanding of early childhood development and how to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for little ones to grow and thrive.
I’m currently working part time in an admin role Monday to Thursday (8am–4pm) FREE ON FRIDAYS FROM JUNE ONWARDS!! , but I’m available for babysitting or part-time childcare during evenings and weekends. I also hold a full driving license and have my own car, making it easy for me to travel to you.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my boyfriend, enjoying family game nights, and travelling the world with my favourite people

My Experience
I have gained my SVQ in social services(children and young people) and have worked in a nursery for over a year, I have also previously worked in a youth club working with children of primary school age.

My Availability
I work Mon-Friday 5 days shift 8-4pm so I am available on the evenings and at the weekends!!
