Hobbies:
-I also work as a volunteer for Family Action, Manchester Council. I run family sessions - Babbling Babies, Stay & Play, Sensory & Messy Play. I support parents to engage all their children's senses. This is essential for a child's development as it improves sensory awareness, fine motor skills, language development, cognitive growth and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging way.
My Experience
-Actually I am working at Kindergarten Salford as qualified Nursery Practitioner with flexible working hours and I am running business Babysitting since 2020. I have a lot of experience working with toddlers, preschools age and children under 14 years old.
-I can provide maintain a safe play environment, observe and monitor children's activities, instruct children in health and personal habits, organised daily schedules, prepare meal and snacks. I feel sure that children require boundaries, discipline and rules should be put in place for children to adhere .I like to interact and communicate with children, encouraging them to reach their full potential, spend time out ,support them sport and fun physical activity.

I have found Lenka here on childcare and she has been exclusively babysitting our 8 month old girl.
She is extremely reliable and always tries her best to accommodate for last minute requests as well as sessions planned months in advance, which is super helpful to be able to book events such as concerts well in advance and to have piece of mind.
She babysits for us both during the day when I I am doing keep in touch days working both home and out and about (I am in a sales leadership position). She also supports us in the evenings and we have always had a very positive experience.
I appreciate Lenka's interest in likes/dislikes and routines of Josepine and her very kind and calm approach to Josephine. The get along very well and my daughter likes to spend time with Lenka. I also appreciate Lenka's proactive photo updates as well as her responsiveness when I need reassurance everything is well.
Despite the fact that I always offer Lenka to make herself at home, have a coffee/tea and use our TV, she usually comes with a book and a snack for herself and leaves the house in a very clean condition.

Lenka is reliable, caring and professional. She is flexible and willing to adapt to what is needed. She was happy to help look after our daughter while my husband was at home cooking and I was out. She's good at identifying hazards and helping us think of alternative ways to care for our daughter. Multiple DBS checks and so many positive reviews are testament to her reliability and capabilities. I would definitely recommend Lenka.

It was a pleasure spending time with your beautiful daughter. I haven't seen such a sporty and active girl for a long time, who can walk, run, jump for 2 hours straight and still smile.

Lenka is a beautiful and inspirational human being. We are so grateful that she was available for 4 days emergency cover while my son and I were unwell and I really needed support. In those 4 days she managed to identify several areas for potential development in my son. We had some illuminating conversations and I honestly think she should offer parenting lessons! The wealth and breadth of experience she brings to her work is extraordinary. She planned each session carefully and takes a very child centred approach- focusing on education and overall child development and well-being. She is also very conscious about child health and safety. We truly truly appreciated having her with us and don’t think we will be the same again! We really look forward to seeing her again soon ❤️
