About Me
Hi, I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in the heart of “Irchester village” (Wellingborough) within walking distance to the local school, pre-school, shops and library
My name is Aimee Burton, I am Married to Matt. I have 3 children (one adult and two in school) We have three pet dogs.
I have a separate large playroom and a large separate play area within my garden.
My husband and my eldest daughter are both registered with Ofsted (mainly to help with trips in the holidays and if I need an extra set of hands with experiences I am planning to offer on particular days. I employ a registered assistant who works alongside me in the setting.
I am registered to provide all education space funding.
I am registered for tax free childcare and also with many voucher company's.
I collect only from Irchester Primary school (we walk)
My longest family has been with me for almost 13years, I pride myself on continuity and longevity for families.
My Experience
I registered with Ofsted in Nov 2005
My current grade awarded by Ofsted is Outstanding (I gained my 3rd outstanding Aug 2022)
I hold a childcare qualification to level 4 & have undergone many different training courses to enhance my childcare provision and knowledge when looking after children. I pride myself on continual professional development.
My Qualifications
Level 3 NVQ (Children's care, Learning and development)
Level 4 (Early years Practice)
I have attended many training and development opportunities and have a whole folder of certificates for parents to view.
I am part way through my curiosity approach accreditation and a degree in early years
I hold Ofsted required police checks, first aid and safeguarding qualifications
I have a 5 star food hygiene rating from the county council

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
I charge an hourly rate (minimum of 2 hours a day)
I charge a consumables fee for all children on education space funding - please discuss this with me
