Hi Parents,
My name is Sehar, I am an Ofsted registered Childminder based in Enfield.
I have recently just relocated from East London (Leytonstone).
I provide full-day childcare from home, I am a qualified person in the Early years setting with over 10 years of experience, I have worked at a private nursery setting, also was nanny, and opened my own childminding for the last 4 years.
I provide childcare services from a very clean, warm, smoking-free, and animal-free setting. A real home away from home environment with a dedicated playroom, very child friendly and fun for early years age groups which your child can learn, play, develop and grow. I have a spacious home and garden for plenty of indoor and outdoor activities planned according to your child's development stages from following the guidelines from the EYFS.
I am a very energetic and organised person and will deliver high standards of care to your child.
When I was childminding in Leytonstone we had up to 8 kids a day with two assistants working alongside me, we provided indoors and outdoors activities every day which included walks to the local shops, going to the park, local library, etc...
Most of my children from my previous childminding setting started when they were under one and I choose to relocate when they were nearly three years old.
My primary aim is to deliver a nurturing, and stimulating environment for children I care for allowing them to develop and progress as they grow I can do this by providing opportunities through explorative play and offering a range of activities, such as messy play, water play, sand play, art and crafts, physical activities, construction, storytime, outdoor trips.
I can track this by recording your child's progress and development throughout in a learning journal, which contains lots of photos for you to see daily, artwork for you to take home, and treasure.
My Experience
Over the 10 years of experience, I have worked in various sectors of Childcare such as;
5 and half years experience working in a private nursery
One year experience in Nannying.
Two and half years experience in Childminding.
-My experiencing working in a nursery:
I have five and half years of experience working in a private nursery setting, I worked with children aged between three months and five years old.
I was a senior member of staff and a key worker to conduct observations monthly.
I have good knowledge of the EYFS and I work towards my key children's interests and needs following their individual planning which I did every month for each child, I also did theme planning, weekly planning, and evaluations.
I was able to develop a good relationship with all parents that joined the setting. I was confident to hold progress meetings with parents and discuss all matters related to the progress of their child. I had great communication skills with all parents over the phone, face to face, and through messages such as text or emails.
- My experience working as a nanny:
I have nannied for a family full time of two children a five-year-old boy and a 9-month-old baby girl. I have full responsibility for the children from 7 am until 7 pm Monday to Friday. ( This was a one year contract with a VIP family in London )
- My experience as a Childminder:
I Registered as a childminder in 2018. I started childminding from my home in Leytonstone, I had a very big setting with two childminding assistants.
We would do daily activities adult-led and child-led according to the children’s development.
We would set out messy play activities everyday and have outdoor play whether that was in the garden or going to the local parks/farm/library/play groups etc.
All the children’s daily notes/development and photos of what they have been up to are uploaded on a app which you have access to from your phone/laptop so you can check at work what your child is doing whilst in my care.
I worked alongside many parents and loved every minute of it, I had a very good bond with all children I cared for and parents ( can provide feedback forms from previous parents ) all my children I cared for had been with me for over a year and a half.
All parents including me had a Whatsapp group chat (in which parents can suggest ideas ).
Many references, parents' feedback forms can be seen on request.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
* Childminding from £7.50 an hour
- £75 a day Including lunch, snacks, tea, nappies and wipes. ( 7.30am-5.30pm )
- £42 half a day which could be 7.30am-12.30pm / 12.30pm-5.30pm( flexible also ) including lunch, snacks, tea, nappies and wipes.

My daughter has been attending Sehar
from 1year for 1y and 7 months after we decided to move in our country.
Sehar she’s a lovely childminder very kind and caring person.
My daughter absolutely loves going and always goes in with a massive smile on her face also my daughter loves Sehar and her son.
I am very happy with the care my child receive, I already miss her x
I highly recommend Sehar , I don’t have enough words for her how good she is.
Also she s doing lots of activities with children.
