About Me
I live in Oswaldtwistle with my partner and two sons and our Labrador Bella. Our house has a large outdoor playing space with seating and outdoor dining.
My nursery is full of toys and games and also lots of learning activities, I feel children should be able to express themselves through music, painting and playing.
I feel that children should be encouraged to play outdoors as much as possible, as this helps with mental health, understanding the world and social skills.
While out on Activities I help progress skills by keeping connected with the EYFS framework.
I use an app so that parents and carers can see what the child has been doing through out the day with pictures and milestones.
I provide Healthy food and encourage children to try new things, also I grow my own vegetables on my allotment were the children can plant their own and see how they grow.
My setting Rainbow daycare treats every child with the love and respect they deserve.
My Experience
Previously I worked as a teaching assistant and I am studying for my degree in special education needs and early childhood. I have brought up my own 2 children who I am very proud of.
