About Me
My mission at Zen Kids is to provide a fun and enriching experience for children. I live at my home with my toddler, 3 cats and dog called Boomer. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore mindfulness, relaxation, and creativity through a range of activities such as yoga, meditation, arts and crafts, and outdoor games. My focus on promoting healthy and sustainable practices, including healthy food options and eco-friendly activities, aims to foster a sense of responsibility and respect for ourselves and the environment. I am committed to supporting children's physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and to helping them develop lifelong skills for a happy and balanced life.
My Experience
I bring over a decade of teaching experience, having taught in both Europe and Asia, with a strong background in ESL education.
