About Me
I live with my family in central burgess Hill, at the London Road end of West Street. Me, my husband and 10 year old daughter love animals, and have 3, as well as a 2 big fish tanks and 2 large African snails. I have been childminding now since March 2021, and have built up a wonderful group of children, most have been with me from the start. My background in is Art and I use every opportunity to get out the paint. I have recently been studying outdoor activities and love creating open ended activities outside for the children to use their creative thinking while completing all aspects of the EYFS. We also do yoga, trips to Wakehurst, visit 2 different toddler groups, take buses on adventures, go to local Story time, and so much more. Parents receive a daily journal written by me and my assistant, we use lots of pictures too. My aim is for all the children I care for to leave with smiles on their faces and artwork in their hands.
My Experience
My past experience is being in management and training, whilst raising my 10 year old daughter. I have completed a fully inclusive childminding course to become registered. I continually attend webinars and complete courses on childcare techniques. I have been use to caring for babies from the age of 6 months up to 10 years old. I also care for a child with nut and egg allergies in my setting. I had my first quality assurance visit in June 2022, I was awarded a Good overall, and outstanding in 3 sections of the report. My latest Quality assurance visit June 2023 has seen playful days gain me, my assistant and setting an overall grade of Outstanding. 2024’s visit gained us an outstanding grade for our quality of education. My Availability
I have availability from September 2025 8am and 5.30pm daily. I am already taking bookings for September and we are happy for planned visits to the setting.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
£7 per hour.
Meals and snacks included. A two week rotation menu supplied to parents, based on the governments healthy eating guide.
Opening hours 8 am to 5.30pm.
Government funded hours accepted.
There is a daily consumable charge for funded hours of £1.70per hour.
I accept tax free childcare payments.
