About Me
Hi, my name is Jen and I'm an Ofsted registered childminder. (Registered end of 2021)
My last Ofsted inspection I was graded Good in March 2024.
Before I became a childminder in my own right, I was a childminder's assistant for 14 years.
I live with my two daughters {15 and 8 years old} in Chadwell St Mary. We have 1 cat and some fish.
I love working with children of all ages, helping them to develop skills and watch them grow. I like to get outside with the children as much as possible, so we have plenty of trips to parks, woods, go on walks, we visit other childminders, go to toddler groups, have garden play etc. During school holidays we have day trips out to Lakeside, parks further away, soft play, garden centres and many more!
I live in a 3 bed house, in a quiet area. I have a lovely size back garden with lots to entertain children. I have a downstairs toilet and a potty for younger ones.
I follow the EYFS learning curriculum for all under 5's and each child's learning will be unique and tailored to their own interests.
I also offer the 9 months, 2, 3 and 4 year funding.

I am available Monday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm

My son had been cared for by Jennie since Sept 2021 when he was nearly 1yrs old. He loved going to the childminders everyday, I am pleased with Jennie service and will recommend her to anyone as she does cares for my child like he is her own. Thank you Jennie!
