About Me

My name is katherine hickey, I have just registered as a childminder. I live in Irlam with my fiance and we have a little girl that is 2 and a half. She is very excited to start making new friends. I am a home from home and treat as my own. We love outdoors, and spend as much time as we can outside.

My Experience

I am a swimming teacher and have worked with children for 11 years. I did 3 years volunteering on my day off in a primary school and became a qualified teaching assistant. In school I worked with year 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Swimming lessons I teach from babies right the way up to adults but mainly focus on 3-12 year olds.

My Qualifications

Paediatric first aid, food hygiene, level 1 and 2 swimming teacher, level 2 teaching assistant, National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, A*-C in maths, english, science, IT, sport, business studies.

My Availability

My working hours are 7.30am - 5.30pm
Additional hours 7am start + 6PM finish
