I have nanny/housekeeping experience for a family of 6 and over 10 years experience as an Early Years Practitioner, supporting young children's development every day, creating a safe and healthy environment with stable relationships. I have worked with many different backgrounds and promote diversity. I have had to manage many different situations with the children alongside my other duties of care, whilst following the correct policies and procedures.

Rose has taken very good care of my 4 year old.She had taught her so much from phonics,maths,socializing with other children,reading,good manners to all the writing and crafts activities that kids of this age do.She is super energetic and keeps the kid active , happy and learning something all the time.She is the best teacher with a mother like care!!
