My Summary
Maternity Nurse And Nanny
About Me
I am looking for a full time job. I am interviewing for a position starting in September. I am available to work at nights. I'm open to different options.
I am a mature, reliable baby nurse with over 13 years of experience. I have been supporting families by looking after newborn babies and children in London for 3 years. I am a baby nurse, lactation consultant and doula. I can provide careful support to the mother in the postpartum period. I also have experience with older children. You can call for baby care.
As a well-trained doula, I can start working with families from the prenatal period. We can continue to work with the families to whom I provide birth support in the postpartum period. As a breastfeeding consultant, I guide mothers through breastfeeding and breast problems they may experience in the postpartum period. This becomes a bonus in my maternity nurse services and increases my preferability. I have provided training to expectant mothers and fathers for many years about breastfeeding and newborn care. I love guiding the families I work with.
I am a baby massage instructor, I bathe and massage the babies I care for every day and help them settle into the massage routine. Babies sleep more comfortably with my massage, which has a positive effect on babies' cortisone levels. I am very experienced in creating nutrition and sleep patterns. With my nursing experience, I am conscious and sensitive about the symptoms of newborn and infancy diseases. I support your growing baby's visual, auditory and tactile learning by choosing appropriate toys and soothing ideas.
I worked with growing babies as well as the newborn period.
One of my experiences was with a 14-month-old boy. I took on tasks such as supporting the child's nutrition with appropriate nutritional content, weaning, establishing a sleeping routine, taking her to parks and play clubs, and arranging her room and clothes. During the process of starting nursery, I made short visits with the baby and helped him make a smooth transition.
Another of my experiences was with a 3-year-old girl. I taught games and rhymes that contributed to language development and learning Turkish as a second language. I helped him learn by having fun with creative games appropriate to his age. By preparing delicious meals with rich ingredients, I increased the desire to eat and helped him develop the habit of eating on his own. I went to the pool 2 days a week and accompanied swimming lessons.
At my last job I cared for a newborn baby from 10 days to 6 months (day and night support). I did tasks such as breastfeeding support, weight monitoring, allergic baby mother's diet, creating a night sleep routine, arranging breastfeeding hours, daily bath and baby massage, keeping the room and belongings clean and tidy. I accompanied the family during long holidays and provided day and night support in baby care.
I work in accordance with the internal dynamics of the family, I follow the rules, I am mature and constructive. By establishing a special bond with mothers, I sense what they may need during the parenting process and provide support and care accordingly. I do my job with great passion and love. The energy of women and babies is always good for me and this is reflected in my work.
I have an advanced DBS check. I have a first aid certificate for babies and children. I have a childcare and EYFS certificate. I am registered with Ofste. I work as self-employed and pay my own insurance and taxes. Please evaluate hourly rates accordingly.

Oz worked with my newborn son for the first 3 months of his life. She came to our house 5x a week. She was professional, extremely clean and very very knowledgeable of all things baby. Oz was also very flexible with our schedule like a true maternity nurse Being a first time mom in the UK, without the immediate access of pediatricians (only GP), Oz was that trusted medical expert that I needed to stay calm. She advised me on everything lactation, baby massage, colic, feeding, literally everything. By the time we finished our contract my baby was on an amazing schedule. She is very calm and nurturing. Oz clearly loves what she does, she has a great passion for babies and doula services. I would recommend to everyone!
Ozge looked after our newborn son for 6 months as a maternity nurse. During that time she was extremely reliable, professional and dedicated. She genuinely enjoyed looking after our son, which made us feel comfortable and confident leaving him in her care. She not only looked after all his immediate needs, she also facilitated his ongoing development through engaging him in various activities. She is very responsible and supportive, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise given her training and experience. She also offered useful support and advice around breastfeeding and other areas of concern for me, the mother. We feel very fortunate to have had her with us over this period, and would definitely recommend her.
From the first days my son was born, Ozge was a beacon of support and knowledge. As a postnatal doula, she seamlessly stepped into our lives, providing invaluable guidance on how to care for and nurse my baby. We felt like she was a member of our family. Her expertise, combined with her genuine compassion, made those early days so much more manageable. I felt confident and reassured with her by my side. I can't thank her enough for her unwavering assistance and would highly recommend her services to any new parent seeking expert postnatal support.
Özge has helped us, after our son born, post maternity. Özge not only looked after our son, she also did her best to support his mummy mainly around breastfeeding. She is professional and experienced babysitter and breastfeeding expert. I am sure she will do her best with for her babies and their development.
Ozge has given me hugely helpful personalised advice and tips for breastfeeding, as well as emotional support. She has been approachable and responsive to my queries. I would recommend her professional service to anyone.
