About Me
I am a mature Nanny. I work sole charge, providing a safe and happy environment. The day is filled with stimulating, fun activities such as, arts and crafts, messy tactile play, read stories, music time, physical play outside, construction and basic maths, etc.
I am able to plan out our day to suit each individual child, based upon my Nursery Nursing training, years of experience and within Ofsted guidelines.
My Experience
I have been in Childcare for over 40 years. I started out as an Au Pair when I was in my teens, which then lead onto Nanny work, though still unqualified. I had a daughter of my own, and then when she started school I went to College and qualified for my Nursery Nursing Diploma. Since then I have worked as a Nanny, Senior Nursery Nurse, Playgroup Leader and in After School Clubs. I have loved every minute of it.
My Qualifications
Nursery Nursing Diploma N.N.E.B. June 1995.
Paediatric First Aid. February 2022. (Due to be updated next year.)
Ofsted Registered (volunteer register.) Updated yearly.
Nanny Insurance. Updated yearly.
D.B.S check. July 2021 (Will be updated again with each new job, as Ofsted requires.)
My Availability
Looking to work 16 hours a week. Any week day. (Possibly some Saturdays.) I am now looking for a temp' job from now until Christmas.
