About Us
After many years of successfully inspiring the scientific curiosity of thousands of young children, Little Scientists Club proudly presents Owls Daycare. We listened to parents’ suggestions to engage and look after their children in a unique day care setting by creating Owls Daycare - an affordable childcare service where children experience our brand of fun science alongside the EYFS curriculum.
At Owls Daycare our mission is to ignite a love for learning in all children by creating an environment that inspires curiosity in the seven areas of learning and development in the EYFS.
We recognise your child’s progress in life is set by the direction given to them in their early years and see their natural curiosity as a precious resource to fuel this progress.
After many years of inspiring the scientific curiosity of thousands of young children through Little Scientists Club, we decided to expand our offering by designing unique and affordable childcare that enables children to experience science alongside the EYFS curriculum.

The Owls Daycare curriculum equips children with the skills and experience necessary to flourish as lifelong, confident learners and develop their hunger to conquer any challenges that lie ahead.

Our Fees
- Childcare from £723.35 per month
A session is for 5 days a week.
Monthly fee is for a 46 week year, spread evenly over 12 months.
Monthly fee payable in advance by the 1st of the month.
07:30 - 18:30 (Wrap around, 5 days a week)
08:00 - 18:00 (Full day, 5 days a week)
09:00 - 15:00 (School day, 5 days a week)
08:00 - 15:00 (Early School day, 5 days a week)
09:00 - 16:00 (Late School day, 5 days a week)
08:30 - 13:30 (Morning, 5 days a week)
14:00 -18:00 (Afternoon, 5 days a week)
A £250 deposit is payable when reserving a place.
At least 1 calendar month's written notice is required to cancel a place.

I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.
The staff go above and beyond to create a professional, safe and nurturing setting for all the children. With a healthy menu, access to an abundance of toys and activities and the most attentive staff, the children are growing in an environment of love and care.
We couldn’t be more grateful for the entire team for creating a solid foundation for future education and for looking after our baby like their own.

Both our children have been with Owls for just over 1 year now since they were 3 and 1. We absolutely love the team and the facilities at Owls. It has the perfect balance of being a family run setting with a super close knit team (as with a childminder setting) but with the structure and facilities of a larger nursery.
Both our children have flourished while being at Owls and we have been very impressed by not only the genuine care and attention our children have received but how much they have learnt. New key topics every few weeks, Spanish (after a year of Spanish at Owls our Daughter now speaks more Spanish than our home second languages French & Farsi!)
Our eldest is starting school in September and we feel confident that Owls has equipped her with all the confidence, knowledge and skills she needs to feel ready to start.
She will miss all her Owls teachers so much but is happy she will still be able to see them when we come and pick up her little brother for the next 2 years! Thank you Siobhan, James & the whole Owls team :)

My 4 year old son has been attending Owls Daycare for the past 9 months and he absolutely loves it. The staff are able to cultivate fun and educational activities to stimulate him all day including Science and Spanish lessons. They serve healthy organic meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner including snacks. My son is becoming more confident with the alphabet, phonics and simple number equations. His speech has developed significantly and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Parents are updated about their child’s progress daily during pick up, as well as through photos and reports on Tapestry online. Thank you Siobhan, James, Kieron and Kayleigh!

My LO has been attending Owls Daycare for now 2 months and I cannot be happier. When I first visited the nursery, I was struck with how enthusiastic and personable Siobhan (who manages the place with her partner, James) was. She was full of ideas of how to make the day more educational and fun for the children attending and had paid a great attention to details. I am really impressed that Siobhan managed to put all her ideas and enthusiasm in practice and I'm always amazed at the new play station that they set up on daily basis! My LO loves all the staff there, especially her assigned person, Kayleigh. They have managed to create such a intimate and personable environment. Currently, there are 4 people working there and they hope to cap the number of children to 15 which is a perfect ratio! I get regular updates whenever I drop off / pick up my LO and also through tapestry journal (online tool). There is a lovely outside area which is full of activities such as mud kitchen, water play and ball pond. My LO has florished under their care both socially as well as learning such as counting, singing alphabet song etc. Really happy with Owls Daycare and would not hesitate to recommend!

We can't be happier: our LO, who usually struggles with separation anxiety and never seemed to enjoy his previous nursery, loved Owls Daycare and its staff from day 1 and was happy to hug them bye before the end of his settling in period - this is not usual in him at all. We particularly like the fact that at Owls, multilingualism is clearly celebrated and seen as an asset to boost language development in both the home language and English.
Among other positives, staff are very approachable, warm-hearted and very attentive to your child's personality, likes and routines; they don't plan on taking in more children than they can give their full attention to; they are happy to work with reusable nappies; they accommodate to our working schedule; their organic menu is amazing and we find their offer of regular Spanish and science activities fun and stimulating for the little ones.
Massively thankful towards Siobhan, James, Kaitlin and Ciaran for their hard work and dedication.
