I am a committed, positive-thinking capable individual, ultimately working towards graduating as a registered children’s nurse in 2 months. I am a caring, compassionate and great team player. I consider myself to be very driven and committed to advancing in my nursing career. As a student nurse, I have learnt to advocate for individuals by speaking up for their rights, I give them confidence by assisting them in decision-making. I have always been an organised person carrying out all tasks to the best of my ability & to the highest standards, demonstrating this in both my personal and academic life. During my 2 years of working towards completing my degree I have undertaken various placements in multiple clinical and non-clinical settings. Furthermore, growing up with 5 siblings and babies constantly being born into the family caring for kids has become a second nature to myself.
