I am a caring and helpful person who enjoys meeting people and works equally well alone or in a team setting. I have always maintained an excellent attendance and timekeeping record. I really enjoy working with children, I enjoy watching them thrive to develop and helping them achieve their milestones. I find working with children very rewarding, I am a very caring person and I am very passionate about working with children.
My Experience
I have 16 years experience in childcare, Over the years I have worked in multiple nursery’s, I have plenty of experience with all age groups from 0-4 years, I also have experience with before and after school clubs with older children. I am currently working in a nursery as the SENCO and a manager, I have plenty of experience with working with children with special education and helping adapt to their needs to help them to develop and thrive. I have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation stage, I am able to plan activities and meet all children’s individual care needs. I enjoy carrying out spontaneous activities to such as messy play, I am very creative. I have always been passionate about childcare and it is the profession I have always desired to follow. I have excellent patience with toilet training and lots of techniques to follow. I have up to date knowledge on current legislation and the curriculum.
