I did a full-time course in the Young Children's workforce for a year before moving on to do my level 2 qualification through an apprenticeship and am due to finish my level 3 qualification this summer. I have worked in various nursery settings due to placements and new contracts so am aware of the different teaching and standards that each nursery brings.
