My Experience
I am a dedicated Teaching assistant in a local Bexley primary school in Reception class.
Prior to that I worked with a family in Blackheath, London and was with them for for 6 months after their nanny unexpectedly resigned and then with a family in Lee.
I have also provided childminding services to a lovely family for 3 years when the mother returned to work, however she has returned home.
I cooked for the children every night and a family meal once a week, all meals were made from scratch and a followed recipe. I picked up and dropped the children to the children’s local school clubs in the area, pick up emergency childcare duties, do all the children’s homework with them, reading and spellings each day.
I am able to take on general housekeeping tasks and cooking.
As well as raising my own children, I am an aunt to 3 nephews and I have helped my sisters with childcare when they returned to work.
My 21 year old daughter is in her second year of University studying English, my 18year old son is preparing for university and doing his A-Levels and a diploma in Art at College, I have a 16 and a 14 year old in secondary school (years 9 and 11) and my 11 year old is in primary school in year 6.
My eldest son has high functioning Autism and dyslexia, so I have a wealth of experience with autism through different ages and the diagnostic process.
I am fully protected with Public liability insurance and a gold member with childcare.co.uk
My rates have increased due to the increase in the cost of living and travelling in the Uk.
Any references please ask and I can get my old employers to speak to you if needed.
I do hope this information has been helpful and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

We hired Leila to support our family’s after school childcare needs when our regular nanny needed to take an unexpected extended leave of absence.
We found ourselves in a challenging position, needing to bring someone into the family unexpectedly quickly, and were instantly impressed with her natural ability to forge an immediate rapport with the children (aged 5 & 8).
The children were in a sensitive position adapting to a new nanny and were put at ease right away and forged strong bonds with Leila in no time at all.
Over the course of her employment with us she was very reliable, generous, communicative and a hugely positive presence in our home.
She was very hands on with the children and quickly learnt how both ticked and positive ways to engage both with creative and engaging after school activities.
She also picked up cooking them nutritious evening meals and handover back to us in the evenings was always smooth.
She massively surpassed our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to our friends, or any other family.

Leila is a lovely nanny who regularly helps look after our 2 young girls. She's friendly, attentive and personable and has a great rapport with children.
Leila helps pick our children up from school and nursery, looks after them in the afternoon with games, arts and crafts, and provides them with a meal at tea time.
We really appreciate all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone.
