I am a friendly and compassionate 26 year old recent graduate of the University of Exeter, living in Hackney, with lots of experience working with children. I love visiting art galleries, travelling to new places… and cats :)
My Experience
I’m currently an activity leader at the charity Girls Friendly Society, where we work with girls aged 4-15 every week on building the girls’ self esteem and personhood. I have an enhanced DBS check and have completed the CPD Child Protection Fundamentals. I did childminding and babysitting part time before and throughout my time at University, working with families with kids at a range of ages (4-18). I often worked school pick ups, covered dinner, homework help & bed time. I also worked school holidays, taking the kids on outings to museums, parks, play spaces and more. My Qualifications
I have a Bachelors Degree from the University of Exeter in International Relations, having previously completed 11 GCSEs and 3 A-Levels. I completed the CPD Child Protection Fundamentals and have lots of experience working with kids (from babysitting, my work at GFS, and even from a retail stint working at the Lego store when I had just graduated!)
My Availability
I am not available on Tuesdays or Wednesday (afternoon / evening), but otherwise I can be flexible with dates so please let me know what you need and we can discuss. Thank you!
