I am a self employed 23 year old ofsted registered nanny with 4 years of experience. I started nannying when I moved to London in 2021 but decided to move back to Norwich to be closer to family and to set up as self employed in 2023. I’m enthusiastic, confident and outgoing and love working with children.
I have amazing references from previous and current job roles.
I have some availability Monday to Wednesday during the day for childcare/nanny services. The occasional weekend or during the week overnights.
My Experience
I have been a full time nanny for 4 years, during 2 of them I was a live in nanny in Clapham (London) and then in 2023 I moved back to Norwich to set up as self employed. I have experience with children from 12months - 10 years old and mainly (sole charge). My job roles generally have included light housework, full sole responsibility of the children ensuring they are healthy, happy and learn and develop to the best of their abilities, overnight work, family errands and healthy nutritious cooking. I have taken children to swimming lessons regularly, participating myself, organising and taking them on fun days out such as the zoo, playgrounds, beaches or anything else that the parents may have pre-planned.
In March 2024 I started working with a local childminder on a very small 14 hour contract just to widen my experience.
Due to one of my current roles as a childminder aswell with a small business my hours may differ in school holidays meaning I am available full time Monday to Friday.
My Qualifications
I am ofsted registered.
Level 2 early years education certificate/qualification.
Paediatric first aid course.
Up to date enhanced DBS.
Clean driving licence.
I have nanny/public liability insurance. Safeguarding certificate.
My car isn’t currently suitable for children however I am insured and have been insured on current and previous families car’s with no issues.

My Fees
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
Any overnight work means my hourly rates will differ and will be expected to pay a set rate.
Babysitting rates are for evening work.
Nanny rates are for day work.
