About Me
I'm Michelle I am fully qualified ofsted childminder with many years experience as ofsted childminder .
I also left childminding previously to work in a school which I absolutely loved as Early Years lead. I went on to have more children of my own, i can not wait to go back i childminding. I absolutely love being around children love watching them trieve and learn .
Children learn through play i have an amazing setting for children to explore and learn through EYFS also have fun. We are home from home environment with activities for your little ones to explore . I also like to explore the world around us we have regular country walks, parks and attend toddler groups. All our learning is adapted to children's individual needs so they make regular progress.
I have studied my early years educator at Chesterfield college where the qualification backed up my knowledge.
I also have extensive experience with reflux , allergies to dairy,soya all food. Also I am epi pen trained have previously looked after a children with life threatening allergy.
I am always looking at myself and how I can be a continuous provision constantly taking regular courses to further my education, so I can offer lots more to my families.
I am FEL register and can claim all funded hours from 9 months to 4years also tax free childcare and vouchers of your choice.
My Experience
Many years experience as ofsted childminder, also been early years lead in junior school for 2 and 3 year olds.
I have children of my own I am regularly around children.
I am also FA football coach managed my own team for 3 years.
Also from a young age I was youth worker.
