About Me

Hi. I'm David and I'm offering private tuition in primary education. Can provide support in English, Maths and Primary French. I have a calm and friendly personality and have a good sense of humour. I have a proven track record in supporting pupils with learning difficulties in both literacy and numeracy.

My Experience

I have 31 years experience in teaching, including 7 years in promoted positions. I have recently reduced my working hours to part time, giving me the opportunity to work now as a private tutor.

My Qualifications

Bachelor of Education, Glasgow University 1990.
Diploma in Primary Education.

My Availability

I have some flexibility in my availability . I currently work every Monday and Tuesday in a Glasgow school and take on extra days on an occasional basis.
