About Me
My name is Gloria a mother of two lovely children aged 8 and 3. I offer a homely and welcoming setting where children will thrive through various activities. Am friendly and playful with the children at our setting. At our setting we have colouring, painting, messy play, reading and writing. Our toys cover ages from 3 months to 5years. We also take our children out in our local community, libraries, play groups and our local parks.
My Experience
I have experience working with children for over 10 years, was an assistant to a childminder, before I completed my course in childcare and was registered through ofsted. I am also a mother of 2.

My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 6pm. Available on weekends with prior notice or arrangement.

Initially the thought of arranging for a substitute caregiver was unimaginatively daunting but however when we found Gloria we lucked out and she made the transition so comforting!
Her easy and relaxed attitude is perfectly aligned with her ability to inspire confidence in not only caring for, but also competently managing children within her care.
We receive daily videos and photos to update us with what our son is doing and the enjoyment which surrounds his days, there is no faking his happiness, including seeing him snug as a bug in her arms during nap-time. It makes us both so very reassured.
We were aware after a very short period of time that we had made the right decision when choosing Gloria to care for our small son.
In addition to her caring for him, she has arranged a curriculum which includes weekly activities and early learning skills- we are often surprised by his knowledge and familiarity with songs, actions and portrayal of nursery rhymes and his ever increasing ability to interact with us on a maturer level than we have realised each week. This in itself enables us to be confident in his accelerated learning and upskilling with her that is easily comparable to EYFS in preschool and nursery curriculum.
I cannot recommend a better person for this role!

I have known Gloria since July 2022. She is such a warm, kind, and extremely caring. She was on time, professional, and put us completely at ease. She gave us updates via text and WhatsAppVideos , which was a nice way to keep us updated on our baby's activities. Highly recommend!
