Fantastic caring childminder - highly recommend!

Yeliz has been a childminder to my daughter, since January 2024 when she joined her at nearly 11 months old. During this time, she has shown her the type of care and attention that she would not have been able to receive in a nursery setting. My daughter settled in immediately with Yeliz and is always excited to see her after a weekend or a break for holiday. Yeliz is kind, caring and loving towards her. It feels like taking her to a family member to be looked after. Yeliz does a variety of activities with my daughter, and she knows how to bring out the best in her. For example, she loves singing and dancing, so Yeliz identified a local music class that she takes her to. She has a huge variety of toys and books for the children to play with, and she creates messy play, painting and drawing activities, cooking activities etc. For special occasions such as Halloween, she dressed up and created a party and activities for the children which was just fantastic. Yeliz has great energy and ideas which is just what the children need.

Yeliz is extremely reliable and she is always happy to be flexible. She goes out of her way to be supportive and helpful. Yeliz keeps me regularly informed with how my daughter is developing, what she has done that day, and sends pictures on a weekly basis. These are great as I get to see my daughter's week and feel very much a part of what she is doing when I am not there. She is always brilliant at giving suggestions for me to help deal with new developmental stages e.g., tantrums, and she also helps with organising government childcare support - obtaining codes/ understanding the system etc. I would highly recommend Yeliz as a fantastic and reliable childminder who has been such a key part of my daughter's early years development.

Very happy

We are very happy with the incredible care that Yeliz has provided to our children, and we were lucky we met Yeliz.
We moved our daughter (when she was 28 months) from a nursery to Yeliz's full days care (we had not had an experience with childminders before). It was the best choice we made as Yeliz was able to develop the strong bond with our daughter. My daughter is always smiling when she hears Yeliz's name and our daughter has become more independent and sociable with other kids.
When we saw that our daughter liked being at Yeliz, we considered Yeliz for afterschool care of some of days of the week for our son. Unlike his previous experiences at afterschool clubs (where he did not like being) he liked being at Yeliz’s house.
Additionally, Yeliz is safety conscious (e.g. kids should wear helmet when they are on scooter/bike), and her house is always tidy. Our kids love food that Yeliz prepares and we are thankful for that as well. Yeliz also organises activities outside of her house – local parks and playgrounds, libraries and play outside of her house, where garden is well set up for kids learn and play. Yeliz also organises parties/events for kids e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Easter etc. Yeliz is also extremely reliable person and she is organised person.

Great experience, both my girls are with Yeliz

Yeliz has looked after the girls since January and they are both very happy there. The youngest is full time and the older one gets picked up from school. They are always happy and seem to be very busy and proud of the crafts they do which Yeliz pins to a board for parents to see when they pick up.

Caring and reliable childminder

My child has been going to Yelis’ home since she turned 3. So far it has been an invaluable experience for both myself and my child. As for myself, I am very pleased that Yelis has a very flexible approach when it comes to settling/adaptation. Due to a combination of factors outside of Yelis’ control my child wasn’t ready to be at Yelis home without me present, and she respects my parenting approach showing every flexibility needed for a smooth settling. Also I consider the general set up at her home to be very well-thought, and she is loving and caring with everyone. As a result, my child is thrilled to be there, and whilst she still may need my presence there for a while, she never wants to go back home! I wholeheartedly recommend her as a childminder!

Reference for Yeliz... Kindest, caring... The most

When my maternity leave was over and I had to go back to work at the end of one year, I started looking for nanny when my daughter was only 1 year old. We were lucky that we met with Yeliz. We instantly noticed how experienced she is and how good her communication with babies is. She has a cool approach and talks to our daughter about what they are doing all the time, that has really helped with my daughter's development.

Yeliz has such a caring approach, as well as beign reliable. And also she is very safety conscious and ensures a safe environment for our daughter to interact in. She is very careful with food and toys too.

We worked from home a lot at the moment and while I'm never disturbed when working, it is perfect to be able to grab a cup of tea and see the creative and imaginative things Yeliz doing with my daughter.

Our daughter's first impression of strangers was not very pleasant, althought she should have been very excited for her age, but as a result of beign a corona baby, she cried constantly when she saw a new attractive toy or see a new face/person. Yeliz helped her a lot in this regard. It calmed her down and got her used to innovations. I can't tell you how difficult it was to get her to wear an expensive brand of lighted shoes, she managed it even when my daughter couldn't bear to see the shoe.

It was a difficult season to be caring for a child due to the weather beign very cold and most activities not still being available but Yeliz was always cheerful and did a great job of entertaining Nar with toys and books in the house.

Yeliz was very responsive to Nar's needs and our preferences but also prepared to offer insights and advice from her many years of Pre-school Teacher experience. I always know Nar would be safe and enjoying herself in Yeliz's care.

I am grateful to Yeliz for her invaluable help. She is like a member of our house and my daughter's best friend. We always appreciate how great her help and effort was.

Really engaged with my little one

You can tell that Yeliz is trustworthy, looking after my newborn with safety, care.
She has been talking to him, entertain him and my little one likes her a lot !
I would definitely recommend Yeliz.
