I am a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic individual with over 8 years of professional childcare experience, as well as being a proud mother of four children myself. Two of my children have graduated from university and two are currently in high school, so I fully understand the challenges and joys of raising children at every stage.
I treat every child in my care as if they were my own, creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they feel comfortable and supported. My Experience
I have over 8 years of experience working in the Early Years sector, alongside raising my own family. For the past 3 years, I have been part of the Early Years team at Mill Hill Preparatory School (Grimsdell), where I provide daily care and learning support for young children.
In addition, I have volunteered in a number of schools as an early-years practitioner, gaining valuable experience with children of different ages and needs. I have also worked as a childminder assistant, supporting families with after-school care, meal preparation, and playtime.
My mix of professional experience and personal insight as a mother allows me to offer a caring, reliable, and family-focused approach that parents can trust.

Sadia does everything perfectly and I really trust her around my kids. She knows exactly what she’s doing so makes me feel at ease leaving my kids with her. Lovely home setting.

Sadia is an amazing babysitter and is very good at her job. I’ve known her for 3 years and she is extremely passionate about working with kids.
She always has a smile on her face and is so friendly to all.
I recommend her to all my friends and family - her service is one of a kind.

Sadia is really friendly, flexible and approachable. I could chat to her about anything, and it felt like I am leaving my girls with a second family.
Lovely house and garden, we are very happy with our girls there.

My kids have been with sadia for a long period of time and still are very joyful and excited to go again everyday. Since the day we met her there was an instant connection. She has shown and proved that she is loving, warm, patient, kind and an experienced childminder/babysitter.
Sadia always updates us with every step my children take and their own ways and stages of learning. By allowing her to take care of my own children, I have been able to relax and not worry a lot as I trust her.
She is capable of making sure they all meet their needs. Her setting is hygienic and spotless and safe for children. Sadia makes sure my children are always in site and not at any risk.
I am glad to chose Sadia as my childminder/ babysitter.

Sadia collected my kids from school and took care of them until I returned home for 2 years. Having returned to work after almost 5 years it was a relief that all 3 were in a safe environment and extremely happy. Thank you for making that transition for me a happy one (we all know it can be challenging!) ps the boys still ask to go see her and her family!
