About Me
I am Ofsted registered childminder who aim to provide high quality care in a safe ,happy and secure home environment.I aim to help children to form a secure foundation from which to thrive and initiate their own learning and face and overcome challenges in future life . I have a spacious back garden to provide outdoor activities to keep children active and fit .In Kempston I am based in an area which is close to supermarket ,library ,park and other toddler groups so that children can have a quick and regular outings . I have all my documents policies ,procedures,risk assesements , trainings and certificates uptodate and in place for parents /careers to have a look. I can speak English ,Punjabi ,Hindi and Urdu fluently to cater to communications needs of children's families. I am Ofsted rated Good setting .
My Experience
I have got about 20 years of experience working with children. I have worked as an Incharge in Baby Room and Preschool room in Ofsted rated outstanding nurseries and have been leading the rooms gaining the first hand experience in planning the educational programmes for learning and all round development of children whilst keeping them happy and safe .I have closely worked with families from multi cultural and different back grounds which makes my child minding open and inclusive to all races ,cultures and back grounds .
My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelors degree in Home Science as apart of which I have done 20 credit hours in Child Development ,Child Psychology and Cognitive development .I hold a Masters degree in Education and a Level 3 diploma in Child Care .I have done over 36 trainings covering different areas i.e Curiculum planning ,Behaviour management ,Lift off to Language for preschool ,Lift off to Language for 2 years , Maths in everyday learning for EYFS , Send Level 2 course ,Sign language for Early years,Speech and language , communication needs ,Forest school , getting children School ready , Transitionfrom Early years to School , Early Help assesment which makes it easy for me to asses and address the children's various needs so that every child can fulfill their potential
My Availability
I am open Monday to Friday 8 till 6 all year round. I am flexible to take children early , starting at 6 a.m and can provide care over the weekend or overnight.

Kunwarjeet is an absolute amazing childminder.
For a long time I've been looking for someone that was professional and trustworthy to leave my child with. The very first I contacted kunwarjeet I just clicked with her ,I knew she would be the one for my son.
We booked a meeting and went through everything , meeting was successful I was very happy with her services.
Kunwarjeet is a fully qualified trained professional who takes pride to take care of every child, she takes so much pride in her work.
My son has started going for 2 days a week and I must say I've seen such development in my 17 month old boy who is now stared to say yellow hello , and alot of words as kunwarjeet gives her 100 percent to every child , she is singing rhymes ,playing games , reading books , taking children out to the park on walks and visits many more adventures places.
My son is very happy and is settled really well, I also am at peace knowing that my child is in a safe place with a lady who takes care of children as if they were her own.
I would also like to add she is very much cultural aware which is great as we live in a very diverse society and takes care of dietary requirements well.
I would highly recommend Kunwarjeet no one would ever disappointed with her 5* superb service.

My son started at Kunwarjeets when he was nearly 1. He goes to her 5 days a week. We have been lucky to have found her. She is kind and caring as a person and also super enthusiastic and knowledgeable in every aspect of childcare . She has a wealth of experience which shows in her planning and managing tasks everyday. Kunwarjeet supports her learning through play which is brilliant to see. She has focus topics for each day that kids learn about and her activities like crafts, drawing, singsong’s, story, sensory play etc are planned according to the topics. My son is now 2 and can say numbers till 10, all colours, predict story lines, enjoys sensory play time and looks forward to any play activities. My son also loves his regular library and toddler groups visits. They have also had planned farm, bird park, parks and softplay visits too.
We are gutted to be loosing her as we are moving homes but can’t recommend her enough. She’s an amazing childminder and care she provides in her house is exceptional.

I cannot recommend Kunwarjeet enough. She has made a huge impact in our life. She is absolutely brilliant at her job and also very warm and affectionate . My little one started with Kunwarjeet at 10 months and although it was difficult to settle him she never gave up on us. I now have a happy baby who looks forward to seeing her everyday. Kunwarjeet has fantastic structure and activities planned for the week and my baby has loved every single one. She updates me on all activities , shares pictures and updates throughout the day and regularly discuss his milestones and achievements. She always ensures all dietary requirements are maintained as my little one is intolerant to a lot of stuff. Once I drop him off, i never have to worry, as I know he’s looked after so well😊

We can honestly say sending our son to Kunwar is the best decision we could have made for him; he has absolutely flourished with her. She takes the time to listen to our requirements as parents and acts upon them as we would wish. Her communication and feedback is thorough and timely. Every morning our son is dropped off, he actively reaches out for her at the door. She takes him out to the park and library and keeps him engaged whilst using the EYFS model. She is willing to make adaptations to her care based on our feedback. There are always different activities everyday to enhance his development. We have recommended her to other people. Kunwar seems to be very warm and kind whilst being professional. Her home is clean and presentable. We cannot recommend her enough.
