About Me

My name is Sonia I am French, and I have accumulated over 30 years of experience working with children, ranging from 8-week-old twins to 7 years olds, in talents as a nanny and maternity nurse. Assigning, guiding, and mentoring come naturally to me, and I am confident in providing support in these areas. I hold qualifications in a maternity nursing Course at OCN Level 3. Additionally, I am registered with Ofsted, possess a Paediatric first-aid certification, have undergone a DBS check, and held a level 1 diving.
Patience, positive attitude and empathy, communication, adaptability and flexibility in problem-solving organisational skills and creativity. Proficient in teaching French to children.

Proactive, highly creative, and equipped with fantastic ideas to engage and entertain children. Confident and imaginative in organize activities.

My Experience

A qualified and experienced nanny maternity nurse. I am friendly and outgoing. I have worked with children aged 2 months(twins) to 7 years. I am a qualified lifeguard and enjoy doing outdoor activities with children. I have a recent DBS and Paediatric First Aid, OFSTED Registered and Maternity Nurse diploma.

I'm an energetic person, patient, fun, warm, friendly, kind, loving, reliable, flexible, sporty, honest, trustworthy, organised, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, punctual and firm when needed. I do not smoke or drink any alcohol. I am driving automatic and manual cars.

I like my job as a nanny I always try to stay in contact with the families I work for, for me it's important, especially for the children. You spend so much time with them to show them everything about life.

I've got excellent references from the VIP family.

Three of my employers what they think about me.
Sonia worked as a maternity nurse for my 8-week-old twins for a week. Sonia was a breath of fresh air. I   was very much struggling and she came in with an air of confidence and friendliness. She was chatty,  funny and very professional. She helped with all aspects of baby care including feeding, bathing,   sterilizing bottles and equipment, getting the boys to nap, nursery duties and baby massage. I was   impressed that I did not need to provide Sonia with much supervision, and although she had not  previously worked with twins before she was not fazed by this. She provided excellent advice and was  a pleasure to be with. I was very impressed by her and would highly recommend her to any agency or   parent. We loved having her with us and wished we could have kept her!

Sonia looked after my child. She is reliable, punctual, trustworthy and caring. She has a strong affinity with children and aims to please in all elements of her work. She happily and confidently follows routines and instructions. She provided full daycare from breakfast in the morning, attending local playgroups and baby classes, nursery drop off and trips to parks/playgrounds. I would recommend her!
Astrid M

Sonia is very caring, kind, fun and reliable. She would take my child to Gymboree, cook, swim, sing, read, play, and teach French. I would recommend her as a nanny.
