I booked this nanny for first time today. She was supposed to arrive to meet me & my son at 1pm so she could get acquainted with him & so I could check over her documents before leaving them to attend an appointment. At 1:05pm when she had not arrived I asked her how late she was going to be and she replied ‘I’m nearby’. There was no apologies or curtesy to let me know why she was running late. She did not arrive until 1:20pm, 20 minutes late and I was supposed to set off for my appointment so there would be no time for settling in with my son or for me to check over all her documentation. I decided at this point that I was no longer going to leave my child with her due to reasons given prior. I communicated this to her. I would not recommend her.
