My Experience
6+ years experience as an Early Years Educator/ Health and Safety Coordinator at Busy Bees Nursery.
My first job role at Busy Bees was a nursery assistant where I looked after the children and maintained relationships with parents. I then progressed to Room manager where I had to support team members and ensure all children were happy and cared for. My team consisted of 6 members of staff and together we would over see the care of 24 children. Some of these children had additional needs and came from a variety of different backgrounds, this meant great communication was essential. Any problems or queries the parents had, I would always be the first point of contact.
I then become the nurseries Health and Safety Coordinator.
I then became a Qualified Nanny – for a military family for 2 years.
My current job is in emergency theatres as a part time HCA but now my daughter is getting older I am looking to get back into childcare, as I feel I can now commit more to a family.

Nvq 3 in childcare.
