About Me
My name is Ishrat, I’m 24 years old and looking to help families get the best childcare they deserve for their little ones. I’d love to put my many years of experience working in nurseries to use.
My services are babysitting from any age, babies to toddlers to children. I am offering babysitting in the morning, afternoon or evening, whether this is taking the children out or looking after them inside their own home. I am a very creative, active person so am able to indulge myself into children's imaginative games as well as help create fun games for everyone to be involved in. I can also help with homework or phonics if the child is still young as I have supported children one to one in primary school before. I can also be available at late notice if something comes up and you are looking for an emergency babysitter.
I have lots of experience in both private nurseries and public schools and really enjoy teaching children and helping them find out who they are and explore their interests. Learning and development as well as overall growth is very important and I am passionate about guiding and supporting children through their journey.

My Experience
Since September 2017, I have worked in 5 different nurseries. These have ranged from working with babies to toddlers and preschool as well as a year working with year 1 students. My most enjoyed job in daycare in 2021 is where I gained experience both in the baby and the preschool room. They also had a holiday club so I was looking after a 7 year old. I built a very strong rapport with all the parents and always planned activities to encourage my key children’s learning and development. I would use their daily observations to help. I also have two younger siblings so have grown up looking after them. More recently this year, I have worked with an agency, in both nurseries and secondary school as a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Assistant and Learning Support Assidtaht for children with special needs.
