My Requirements

We are looking for someone to start with us from the beginning of February. But we can run paid trial days in January. We will both be working full time shift work at the airport with varied shift patterns, some early starts/late finishes and on call, however not normally both at the same time. This means the hours will be part time. We are looking for someone who can be flexible with our varying shift patterns to help care for our 2 children. This can include being ‘on call’ at your own home which would be paid at full rate whether used or not. There maybe some very early starts and very late finishes. We are happy to pay an agreed salary for hours each month and pay extra for any hours over the set amount. Or pay on the go if preferred. Days and times worked would vary each month and we would always be able to provide this in advance with days off never changed. We have a good work life balance and it worked out very well for our previous nanny before we moved to this area. We believe we can offer this same balance to the person that comes help care for our 2 children from February onwards.
