My Requirements
We are currently looking for an ad hoc childminder/nanny for our 3 year old son.
I am a doctor and my husband is a pilot and so we work shift work and our needs are quite sporadic although we usually know a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Ethan goes to nursery (scribbles) Monday-Thursday and so most of our childcare needs are wrap around care for this when both my husband and I are working early or late. This usually means from 6am (when I leave for work) and then nursery drop off from 7am. Or nursery pick up by 6pm until I get home which is usually 7-7.30pm.
In addition to this we occasionally need overnight cover when we are both on nights or weekend childcare.
