About Me
My name is Noor, a qualified Maternity Nurse and a Mother myself. Having my own child has made me see the world differently and wanting to work more with mums and their lovely bubs, helping them to free up the chocked moments also giving them core support in parental activities. I am a calm, well presented and dedicated person who takes my job seriously. I have a warming personality which makes mums feel comfortable around me.
Am very passionate about caring for babies and I love children in general so I thrive in any role involving them. I have been told that I am a friendly person, with an easy- going personality and I enjoy spending time with families I work for but I also know when to step back and give new parents their own space.
Nothing gives me more pleasure and job satisfaction than being able to share my knowledge with new parents and being able to assist them in gaining confidence in caring for their babies.
I feel very privileged when I’m invited into someone’s home, because I know this is such a special time in new parent’s lives. I also understand how important it is to include any older siblings and I am equally happy to read a bedtime story or take a toddler to the park so that mum can spend some time alone with her new-born. My Experience
I have almost 6 years Experience in Maternity Nursing. I have experience with breastfeeding mothers, babies with colic and reflux.
Am experienced with establishing routines, settling the baby emotional support and nursery duties. I have also worked briefly in hospital as a maternity support worker at the neonatal ward caring for babies.
