My Requirements
Looking for someone to help take care of my 3year old little boy for some full days after April 2024. Pick up from the west end of Barry would be a bonus, as well as drop.off. Our son is very active, vocal and sensitive, he’s very sociable and kind and often gets mistaken for older than he really is. We’ve recently had another baby and without family help I am struggling to meet both their individual needs well - I think my son will benefit from some social time with other children and the opportunity to be with someone who is either outdoorsy or provides a “home from home” setting. Preferably Montessori/gentle parenting aligned, with an understanding of child development and stages. The ability to drive is preferable but not essential, flexibility and experience valued but most importantly there must be a gentle parenting approach and understanding.
