My Experience
I have 3 younger siblings, 2 boys and a girl and I have grown up looking after them all of their life, this is how I knew I wanted to go down the path of caring and educating children as a career. Also, to this day I still look after my godfathers little boys aged 1 and a half and 3, I also massively help out with my 9 month old niece, I have her most weekends.
I have a lot of experience with interacting with children and personally the most important thing for me is to grow a relationship and a bond with the children. I would love to be able to have an impact on the development of as many children as I can through a fun, caring and understanding way
My Qualifications
When I chose my subjects in school I made sure to choose health and social care as I knew it was something I wanted to do later in life as a dream job. In this subject I did get a distinction in my Level 2 qualification.

She bailed on me and I called her severally but she ignored me calls and then later complained that I put up vacancy on the app.Thats not professional

She seemed nice but ended up suddenly increasing her rate less than 24 hour before she was due to start despite coming around to meet the family 4 to 5 days earlier.
Also ended up not responding to messages and calls when next we reached out despite saying things like, '...just let me know. I'm always available.'

I think this is a little unfair. I increased my rate as you told me, with less than 24hrs notice that there was going to be two children as opposed to just one, yours and your nephew when this was never confirmed with myself. As for not getting back to you, I did two shifts for you, I was sent home earlier than originally booked for, you then cancelled on me the following week as you had family visiting, yet I seen your sister requiring childcare on the app. You then got in touch with me the week after, and yes I agree I didn’t reply but I was busy with other families, not only this, felt like I had been completely messed around by yourselves.
