About Me
Hi. I'm a recently graduated university student studying sport, with an intention to become a PE teacher in the future. Having grown up in a family of five girls, and from a rather large extended family too, I have gained a love for interacting with people and taking care of others, which is why I'd love a childcare job.
My Experience
I have grown up taking care of my wee sisters, as well as babysitting for six families on a regular basis back at home during sixth form. I started with one family who then referred me to their friends, giving me a web of babysitting opportunities. I also completed 2 weeks' worth of work experience at my old primary school.
My Qualifications
I do not have any official childcare qualifications; however have been babysitting for over five years. I am second year of university, therefore have gained academic qualifications of B or above at GCSE and A-Level.
My Availability
Due to university being online, I am quite flexible with working hours. I am part of the university netball team however, so training is at 8:30pm up at the uni on a Thursday night. I will have games on a weekend but that will be during the day leaving my nights free to cover for if parents want to go out.
