About Me
I have a daughter who was born in May 2023, she is currently 8 months old so I have first hand experience and knowledge of how to look after a child. I was also recently a university student studying sports coaching. I covered coaching children in one of my modules adding to my personal experience with keeping young children occupied for long periods of time. I’m a hard working, reliable individual whom is well mannered and is able to get along with children of all ages well. I’ve had a full in depth DBS check for a previous job which I’m happy to show proof off if required :)
Please note if my service is required I will likely have to bring my daughter along with me. I understand this can be difficult but please know it will not affect my ability to look after your child. I’ve had plenty of experience minding several children at only one time. I would also ask to meet your child before babysitting to enable your child to feel more comfortable around myself and allow you and them to get to know me a little beforehand!
My Experience
I am a parent myself
I’ve previously been a youth support worker meaning I’ve done lots of work with newborns and teens. I’ve also had safeguarding training.
I helped to bring up my younger siblings, changed their nappies at a young age and prepared bottles for them and did general day to day activities. As well as this, I often baby sit for family members when I go home from university.
My Qualifications
9 GCSE’s ranging from A-C including maths English and science.
I have a level 3 sports science and exercise certification
Science diploma
Currently studying sports coaching degree.
