Mum to a superhero four year old, that needs a little time off occasionally.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder (with SEN experience) for our superhero 4 year old son. After a tricky start, he is rolling around, crawling and ready to get out and experience new things. He has cerebral palsy, Bulbar Palsy, so is peg feed and nil by mouth and now a tracheostomy. He needs suctioning orally and via his trachy, using his Medala portable suction machine (training will be given on this), as he has an unsafe swallow. He is much like a two year old in many ways otherwise.
He attends an SEN nursery for two and a half days a week.
We are looking to share this exciting time of development and growth, with someone who is up for fun and a challenge. We look forward to hearing from you if you have experience, availability and are interested.
